Important Notice Regarding Price Adjustments

Dear Valued Customer(s),

To continue providing the level of quality and service you expect from Signs Of An Agent, we are scheduled for a price adjustment this year.

While this change was originally slated for January 1st, we chose to extend our 2025 rates through the first two months of the year to support our clients during the post-holiday transition.

Effective March 1st, 2026, our rates will increase by 10% on all posts and lockboxes

WHAT WE DO

Sign Post Installation and Removal

We build, install and remove sign posts and signs for Real Estate Agents in a prompt and professional manner. All installations and removals are guaranteed to be completed within 48 hours, but in most cases will be complete the next day if placed by 4:30pm the day prior.

Complimentary Sign Storage

When not in use, all Agent signs and riders are cleaned and then stored with care to ensure they always look their best. 

We believe in the highest level of communication and will notify you via email or text when signs are installed or taken down.

As an added value we will provide you with images of the installed sign that can be used on social media platforms to help promote your business.

HOW TO ORDER - 5 Easy Steps

1. View our sign post options: select the design and colour of the sign post you would like installed.

2. Fill out the required customer and address information.

3. Pay for the sign post installation to book your appointment.

4. You will be notified via email or text when your sign post is set to be installed and when it is completed.

5. If travel or additional costs are incurred during the sign installation we'll send an updated invoice with the remaining balance.

Additional Costs: There is a $50 fee for travel between 40km - 100km outside Whitby and Richmond Hill. A $100 fee is charged for travel beyond 100km. There is a $25 travel fee for picking up the Agent sign from the Agents location. We offer lockbox retrieval for $40 within 40km, an additional fee will be charged for over 40km. We provide complimentary Agent sign storage and social media posts of the installed sign.
